NPPC Mill is located at Tuli, in District Mokokchung, Nagaland, by the side of NH61 in the northern part of the State close to Amguri Township in Assam. Amguri is the near by Major railway Station and Jorhat the nearest Airport.

Buses are available to Jorhat and Amguri regularly from Guwahati . Local buses are operating to mill site/Tuli from Amguri, Jorhat, Dimapur etc. |

Amguri, 21 Km from the mill site is on the main line of North –Eastern Frontier Railway. |

From Kolkata and Guwahati flights are available to Jorhat. The distance from airport to mill is only 65 Km. |

Permit is required for visiting Nagaland .This can be obtained from the Nagaland House, New Delhi and Kolkata or from the Resident Commissioner’s Office at Guwahati or Shillong.
